Valentine’s Day is quite near. Those who are in love are looking forward to February 14 and are counting the days impatiently.
Each of us set plans regarding how to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We think over and over about what gift to prepare for our beloved. We wish to amaze with a shocking, original gift.
However, the traditional romantic dinner is perhaps the most original way to express your love.
For my Valentine’s Day’s preparations, I will run to a specialized candle store to see if I can find a ball-shaped aromatic candle, which I think will be quite good for this occasion.
You can’t have Valentine’s Day without sweets. Here’s one of my that I will probably whip up for the big day. It’s not that difficult.
Whisk egg whites and yolks separately in a mixer. Add some sugar to each and mix again. Then combine the two parts. Melt a bar of dark chocolate and add it to the mixture along with a spoon of brandy. Keep blending the mixture until its well blended. Put the mixture into any mold that you like and freeze. You can optionally fill the mixture in small glasses, then chill.
You can also get some frozen cherries and cover them with powdered sugar.
Enjoy your romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day.
